A change in the Air
Monday, November 1, 2010Apple have just, after a fairly long wait, update the Mac Book Air.
Apple have managed to bridge the gap between the iPad and MacBook Pro range perfectly. This is not only in terms of price, with the Air starting at $1199AU (iPad start at $629AU & MacBook Pro start at 1449AU), but also in terms of function.
If high end productivity, like video or graphic editing is not your thing and you are more of a web surfing, email sending, document writing, photo viewing person, the air might just be for you. Most people don’t push their computer to the maximum, so why pay for power you won’t use.
The MacBook Air is amazing to hold, due to it tapered design, when open it feels thinner then an iPad. It is hard to believe that it can run OS X.
If you are in the market for a new small laptop or netbook, or you’re sick of traveling with a large laptop get in store and check out the new 2010 Apple MacBook Air.
If you are in Adelaide check out the Mac Centre Norwood.
